Dolls orders keep coming in which I love b/c I love these dolls!!! Each one is so different and fun for me to create.
AND...that's what has been keeping me busy in this new year!
My husband and I are extremely proud parents to our daughter Ava whom we adopted from Kazakhstan in 2010. Our daughter has special needs and we've decided that it is best for Ava's physical and emotional health that I be at home with her. Help support our family and we continue to pay off our adoption and attempt to be a single income family.
I thought these two would be very pretty for the upcoming holiday season. And would also make cute gifts.
These flowers are a little smaller and higher on the head. I wear one nearly every day and always get compliments. I LOVE how these look! The big flowers are particularly very "in".
Materials Used: plastic head band, colored ribbon, silk flower
Price: $ 8.00 each
...Make these loot bags for my extended family for Christmas. Everyone can load up their loot after gifts without worrying about mixing with another family or having a million bags to carry out to the car :-) Since fabric is so expensvie I wouldn't have been able to do this project if it wasn't for Becki's donations. THANK YOU!
One of my bootcamp friends ordered a Quillow (Quilt that folds up into a pillow). I think it turned out really well. I made these dolls to look like two adorable little girls at my school. I just love them and they really do remind me of the little ones who will be receiving them :-)
These letters are about 5 inches tall, have fashionable frayed edges and can be used in so many ways. For one, it's a fun and safe way for your children to learn letters and numbers without handling those small plastic magnet pieces. In addition to educational purposes, these letters can be used to display your child's name in their room, just like the designers. Just let me know how I can create your custom letter/number set by making your selections below.
Materials Used: fabric, stuffing, thread
Price: see choices below

This project is pretty hard to explain and hard to photograph but I really really love the idea. This is a magnetic board approximately 12 in. by 12 in. We have one in our home that displays pictures of Ava and our time with her. The magnets that I have to frame in our photos are summer themed and all coordinate together. The idea of this board is that it's like a frame or art piece in your house that can change with the seasons or events in your life. For example, if you want to display pictures from Christmas you can frame those photos or cards in with a set of Christmas magnets. I have sets for every holiday, season, occasion, etc. The board includes two sets of four magnets, or you can buy individual sets of magnets (see below).
Materials Used for Board: wooden frame, magnetic sheet, decorative paper
Materials Used for Magnets: clear rocks, decorative paper, magnets
Price for board and two sets (4 pieces in a set) of magnets: $30.00
